基于FLAC3D程序数值模拟方法,对端锚和全长锚固进行了对比模拟,揭示了锚杆预应力对锚杆的轴力、剪应力分布规律的影响,揭示了预应力锚杆垫板形成“钟形”挤压加固区,杆体周围形成“枣核状”挤压加固区。通过单锚杆和群锚杆的对比模拟表明,锚杆预紧力、杆体长度和间排距对组合锚固体的形成都有重要影响。模拟表明,预应力锚杆支护可以有效减少拉应力区,控制巷道变形效果显著。三软煤层巷道应当加强对两帮、两肩和两帮脚的支护。
Based on the numerical simulation of FLAC3D program, the comparison between the end anchor and the full-length anchor is simulated and the influence of the prestressing force on the axial force and shear stress distribution of the anchor rod is revealed. The results show that the prestressed anchor plate forms “ Bell-shaped ”extrusion reinforcement zone, the rod around the formation of “ date nuclear ”extrusion reinforcement zone. The comparison between single rock bolt and group anchor rod shows that the prestressing force, the length of rod body and the distance between them have an important influence on the formation of composite anchor. The simulation shows that the prestressed bolt support can effectively reduce the tensile stress zone and control the deformation of the roadway significantly. Three soft seam roadway should be strengthened on the two gangs, shoulders and two support feet.
