运用爆炸压涂技术在钢基体上制备了较大面积的纳米氧化锆涂层。利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射等手段研究了纳米氧化锆涂层的微观组织、孔隙率和晶粒度。结果表明,制备的纳米氧化锆涂层结构致密,涂层的孔隙率为5%;与基体结合紧密;爆炸压涂前后氧化锆成分未发生变化;涂层中的氧化锆仍然以稳定的单斜相存在,不存在立方相;涂层中的氧化锆晶粒与粉末晶粒尺寸基本一致。爆炸压涂制备的陶瓷涂层能够保持纳米粉末材料的尺寸和特性。
A large area of nano-zirconia coating was prepared on the steel substrate by the blast-coating technique. The microstructure, porosity and grain size of the nanostructured zirconia coatings were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the prepared nanostructured zirconia coating has a compact structure with a porosity of 5% and a close bond with the substrate. The composition of the zirconia does not change before and after the coating is pressed. The zirconia in the coating still has a stable monoclinic Phase exists, there is no cubic phase; coating zirconia grains and powder grain size is basically the same. Ceramic coatings prepared by blast-coating maintain the size and character of nanopowder materials.
