领导干部的作风好与坏,直接关系到党的理论和路线方针政策能不能真正贯彻落实,关系到党和人民的事业能不能不断取得胜利问题,在现代企业管理中,领导干部是广大人民群众利益的代表,其良好的形象及工作作风的好坏显的尤为重要。本文从干部纪律、工作作风、团结协作、清正廉洁、工作方式方法、表率作用等六个方面论述了如何转变领导干部作风问题。
