今年是我国进入第七个五年计划的第一年。搞好全年的各项工作，对保证我国“七五”计划的完成，有着特别重要的意义。为此，我建议全国探矿工程界的同志们，以改革创新和开拓前进的精神，努力抓好以下几件事情：
This year marks the first year for our country to enter the Seventh Five-Year Plan. Doing a good job in the whole year has a special and important meaning in ensuring the completion of the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” in our country.
