目的:研究微波技术对雪莲中黄酮浸出量的影响。方法:对药材粒径、浸出时间及微波输出功率进行正交试验,优选雪莲中黄酮最佳浸出方案;用紫外分光光度法对雪莲浸出液中黄酮含量进行测定。结果:微波技术对雪莲中黄酮的浸出量明显优于常规煎煮方法。结论:微波技术应用于药材浸出是一种省时便捷,值得推广普及的中药浸出新方法;23全量雪莲细粉的浸出量与全量雪莲饮片的浸出量相当。
Objective: To study the effect of microwave technology on the leaching of flavonoids in Saussurea. Methods: Orthogonal experiments were conducted on the particle size, leaching time and microwave output power of the medicinal materials. The optimal flavonoids extraction scheme of Saussurea involucrata was optimized. The content of flavonoids in the leach solution of Saussurea involucrata was determined by UV spectrophotometry. RESULTS: The leaching of flavonoids in Saussurea chinensis by microwave technology was obviously better than that by conventional decoction. Conclusion: The application of microwave technology in the leaching of medicinal materials is a time-saving and convenient method for leaching of traditional Chinese medicines worthy of popularization and popularization. 23 The amount of leaching of full-scale Xuelian powder is equivalent to the amount of leaching of the whole volume of Xuelian.
