本专题攻关的总目标为:进行黄河流域典型地区遥感动态研究,利用多时相卫星和航空遥感图像及地面实测数据和水文气象资料,建立黄河流域典型地区水土资源定量、半定量动态分析方法,为黄河流域水力发电、农田灌溉和管理,河口改道预测和决策服务。该专题分为三个子专题: 1.黄河上游冰雪覆盖监测与融雪径流预报模型的研究 2.黄河下游平原地区土壤水分动态监测方法研究 3.黄河尾闾摆动及泥沙淤积的研究
The main objectives of this special topic are: to carry out remote sensing dynamic research on the typical areas of the Yellow River Basin, and to establish quantitative and semi-quantitative dynamic analysis of water and land resources in the typical areas of the Yellow River Basin based on multi-temporal satellite and airborne remote sensing images, ground-based measured data and hydrological and meteorological data. Yellow River hydroelectric power generation, irrigation and farmland management, estuary diversion forecasting and decision-making services. The topic is divided into three sub-topics: 1. Study on ice-cover monitoring and snowmelt runoff forecasting model in the upper reaches of the Yellow River 2. Study on methods for monitoring soil moisture in the lower reaches of the Yellow River 3. Study on wake and sedimentation in the tailrace of the Yellow River
