对于断板率较高、损坏面积较大的水泥混凝土路面,可采用冲压技术断裂稳固旧水泥混凝土路面,然后加铺沥青混凝土结构层的方法进行改造。路面板的断裂尺寸对沥青混凝土加铺层的使用性能有很大的影响。但目前各地对路面板断裂尺寸所得的经验值相差很大,且缺乏相应的理论依据。基于此,在试验路研究的基础上,采用三维有限元法分析水泥混凝土路面板断裂尺寸与沥青混凝土加铺层的荷载应力、温度应力、耦合应力及基层顶面的压应力之间的关系,提出了旧水泥混凝土路面板合理的断裂尺寸。
For the high breaking rate, damaged larger cement concrete pavement, the stamping technology can be used to break down the solid cement concrete pavement, and then add asphalt pavement structure method to transform. The fracture size of pavement slabs has a great impact on the serviceability of asphalt overlay. However, there is a great difference between the empirical values obtained from the breakage of pavement slabs at various places, and there is a lack of corresponding theoretical basis. Based on the experimental study, the relationship between the fracture size of cement concrete pavement slabs and the load stress, temperature stress, coupling stress and compressive stress of the top layer of asphalt concrete pavement are analyzed by 3D finite element method. The reasonable fracture size of the old cement concrete pavement was proposed.
