目的:对2010~2012年武汉地区32家医院头孢菌素的使用情况进行分析,为临床合理使用头孢菌素提供参考。方法:采用限定日剂量法,对武汉地区32家医院头孢菌素的总消耗金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果:2010~2012年武汉地区32家医院头孢菌素的销售金额逐年增长,且以注射剂为主;第二、三代头孢菌素为主流品种;口服品种用药频度较大;部分品种排序比接近1,同步性好。结论:武汉地区32家医院头孢菌素使用以第二、三代品种注射剂为主,部分口服品种用量较大,同时存在质优价廉品种不多等现象。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the use of cephalosporins in 32 hospitals in Wuhan from 2010 to 2012, and to provide a reference for the rational use of cephalosporins in clinical practice. Methods: The daily consumption of cephalosporins in 32 hospitals in Wuhan area was calculated and analyzed by the method of daily dose limit, DDDs, DDC and so on. Results: The sales amount of cephalosporins in 32 hospitals in Wuhan from 2010 to 2012 increased year by year with the injection as the main ingredient; the second and third generation cephalosporins were the mainstream varieties; the frequency of oral administration was higher; the ranking of some varieties was close 1, synchronization is good. Conclusion: The cephalosporins used in 32 hospitals in Wuhan area are mainly used in the second and third generation of injections. Some of the oral preparations are used in large quantities, while there are not many kinds of high quality and inexpensive varieties at the same time.
