从美学思想史的角度考察,法兰克福学派关于审美乌托邦的理论设想,与马克斯.韦伯存在千丝万缕的批判继承关系。透过这一关系,批判理论对现代艺术的乌托邦想象才有更加合乎逻辑的建构线索,其乌托邦观念在现代性语境中的理论意义及其局限性也可以被更深刻地揭示出来。中国当代文化理论的自我建构,应能从中汲取丰富而有益的思想养分。
From the perspective of the history of aesthetic thought, the Frankfurt School’s theoretical assumptions about the aesthetic utopia are inextricably linked with Max Weber. Through this relationship, critical theory has more logical clues to the utopian imagination of modern art. The theoretical significance and limitations of its utopian notion in the context of modernity can also be revealed more profoundly. The self-construction of Chinese contemporary cultural theory should draw rich and useful ideas and nutrients from it.
