结构优化用传统的设计方法通常会遇到计算量太大的困难。现以桁架结构形状优化为例,搭建了桁架实物模型,利用ANSYS进行仿真可以减少实验消耗并简化实验操作,应用响应面法可以有效减少试验次数,而再次利用以往经验数据更可以简化响应面法寻找路径的过程,最后进行数学建模,通过MINITAB求出以位移为约束,以质量为目标函数的最优解。设计计算结果表明,对于结构设计这类问题特别是在已有传统经验的基础上,响应面优化设计具有很好的应用价值。
Structural optimization often encounters computationally intensive difficulties with traditional design methods. Taking truss structure shape optimization as an example, a truss model is established. Simulation with ANSYS can reduce the experiment consumption and simplify the experiment operation.
