自来水厂应急净化处理技术及工艺体系研究与示范

通过开展应急净化技术、处理系统和应急能力建设等方面的研究,建立了由6类技术组成的自来水厂应急净化处理技术体系,在粉末活性炭吸附技术、难去除重金属的化学沉淀技术、挥发性污染物的吹脱技术等方面取得重要突破,获得了100多种污染物的应急处理适用工艺和技术参数,覆盖了饮用水水质相关标准中85%以上的污染指标,开发了“移动式应急处理导试水厂”和“移动式应急药剂投加系统”等关键设备,编制了水厂应急处理工程的标准化设计和规范化建设等相关技术文件,在北京、广州等6个城市建设了应急处理示范工程(供水总规模达到715万m3/d),编制了39个重点城市的应急供水能力建设规划方案,并为7次重大环境突发事件的应急供水提供了技术支持.
