为解决干旱影响小麦正常播种的问题,山东淄博市张店区沣水镇农技站于1989年秋种时将2BX-9A型谷物播种机改装成旱田小麦水播耧,当年推广应用了280多公顷。用旱田小麦水播耧播种的好处:首先是创造了良好的土壤墒情,确保了小麦一播全苗,充分利用了冬前降水、光照和温度资源培育了壮苗,植株发育好。第二,增产幅度大,效益显著。用改装的旱田小麦水播耧播种小麦,每公顷产量3000~3750千克,最高的达到4500千克,平均比同时干播增产81%,每公顷还节约麦种45~75千克,每公顷可增加纯收益579元,经济效益和社会效益显著。
