目的:对ICU危重症患者肠内营养并发症的护理措施和效果进行观察研究。方法:选取103例2014年1月-2017年3月期间在我院ICU接受治疗的危重症患者,通过肠内营养泵、输液加温等输注设备对患者实施肠内营养支持,对患者出现的并发症情况进行观察并给予针对性的护理,并对护理效果进行评价。结果:体重稳定、体重增加的患者人数分别为90例和13例;并发症发生率为20.39%,其中吸入性肺炎、轻度腹泻、中毒腹泻、脱管及消化道出血等并发症患者人数分别为4例、9例、5例、2例及1例,在给予针对性的治疗措施后患者的相关症状均显著缓解。结论:肠内营养应用于ICU危重症患者中的效果十分理想,能够使患者的营养状况显著改善,但是肠内营养存在一定的并发症,因此要结合患者的实际情况给予针对性的措施来进行预防。
Objective: To observe and study the nursing measures and effects of enteral nutrition complications in critically ill patients with ICU. Methods: A total of 103 critically ill patients undergoing ICU in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2017 were enrolled in this study. Enteral nutrition was administered to patients through infusion equipment such as enteral nutrition pump and infusion warmer, Complications were observed and given targeted care, and evaluate the effect of nursing. Results: The number of patients with stable body weight and weight gain was 90 and 13 respectively. The complication rate was 20.39%. The number of patients with aspiration pneumonia, mild diarrhea, poisoned diarrhea, detuning and gastrointestinal bleeding were 4 cases, 9 cases, 5 cases, 2 cases and 1 case. The relevant symptoms of patients were relieved significantly after the targeted treatment was given. Conclusions: Enteral nutrition is very effective in critically ill patients with ICU and can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients. However, there are some complications of enteral nutrition. Therefore, we should take specific measures according to the actual situation of patients prevention.
