“渗铝填料耐低硫高酸值原油腐蚀的应用研究”课题于1995年12月19日在北京通过了由石化总公司发展部组织的技术鉴定。鉴定会采用专家评审方式进行。 该课题是洛阳石化工程公司设备研究所与锦州石化公司炼油厂合作完成的。工业应用试验结果表明,设备研究所研制的粉末包埋渗铝填料耐高温环烷酸腐蚀性能为18-8钢的3倍以上,与316L钢相当。使用渗铝填料减少了馏分油中铁离子含量,对减轻二次加工装置中的催化剂污染起到积极作
“Applied Research on Corrosion Resistance of Aluminized Fillers Against Low Sulfur and High Acid Value Crude” passed the technical appraisal organized by the Development Department of Petrochemical Corporation in Beijing on December 19, Appraisal will be conducted by expert review.
