本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法和数理统计法,以江苏省海安县立发中学高一年级乒乓球选项的两个班共64名学生作为实验对象,进行为期一学期的现场实验研究,在广泛研究和实践的基础上,获得了实验班和对照班的大量数据,并进行了统计、分析。结果表明:普通高中乒乓球选项课运用研究性学习相比于传统的学习方式能更好地改善学生的体育学习态度,实现普通高中体育与健康课程的身体、心理和社会适应能力等方面健康、和谐发展的目标。
In this paper, 64 students from two classes of table tennis in the first grade of Li Fa High School of Hai’an County, Jiangsu Province, were selected as the subjects by literature, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics. Research, based on extensive research and practice, obtained a large number of experimental class and control class data, and conducted a statistical analysis. The results show that the use of research-based learning in ordinary high school table tennis class can better improve students’ learning attitude toward physical learning and physical, psychological and social adaptability of physical education and health curriculum in ordinary high school compared with traditional learning methods, The goal of harmonious development.
