随着工业4.0的时代到来,产业迅速转型升级对职业院校提出新的要求,导向工作体系的职业教育必须加强与工作的联系,直接对应工作过程的实训教学必须进行改革,培养产业所需要的技术技能型人才。本人从产业转型发展对人才质量标准提出的新要求入手,分析职业院校实训教学的现状及存在的问题,提出增强实训教学质量的对策,完善职业教育体系。
