目的探究基层医院儿科护理工作中存在的大量不安全因素,并寻找有效的防范措施。方法 207例接受治疗的患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(103例)与观察组(104例)。对照组患儿进行常规护理服务,观察组在常规护理服务基础上加强管理和人员的培训工作,提升服务质量,减少不安全情况的发生。对比两组患儿家长的投诉率。结果观察组患儿家长投诉率为7.69%,对照组患儿家长投诉率为34.95%,观察组患儿家长投诉率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在基层医院儿科的护理工作中,要针对儿童及其家长特殊性,采取有效和具有针对性的安全防范措施,充分认识到护理工作的重要性,加强管理和提升服务态度和质量,保障患儿在医疗护理过程中的安全。
Objective To explore a large number of unsafe factors in pediatric nursing in primary hospitals and to find effective preventive measures. Methods A total of 207 children undergoing treatment were randomly divided into control group (n = 103) and observation group (n = 104).
