生物膜的熔合是细胞生物学中一个重要的和基本的问题。本文介绍了用HVJ(Sendai Virus)病毒诱发Ehrlich腹水肿瘤细胞发生熔合,并观察钙离子及环状核苷酸对熔合作用的影响。将Ehrlich肿瘤细胞种植于小鼠腹腔,生长7至10天,取出(不含红,白细胞)用平衡盐溶液制成细胞悬液。将生长于胚卵细胞中HVJ (SeudaiVirus)Z株病毒经差速离心提纯,用平衡盐溶液配成悬液。病毒剂量用血球凝集单位表示(HAu)。
Fusion of biofilms is an important and fundamental problem in cell biology. This article describes the fusion of Ehrlich ascites tumor cells induced by Sendai Virus (HVJ) and the effects of calcium and cyclic nucleotides on the fusion. Ehrlich tumor cells were seeded into the abdominal cavity of mice for 7 to 10 days. The cells were removed (without red and white blood cells) and made into a cell suspension with a balanced salt solution. HVJ (Seudai virus) strain Z virus, which is grown in embryonic egg cells, is purified by differential centrifugation and equilibrated with a balanced salt solution to form a suspension. The virus dose is expressed in hemagglutination units (HAu).
