主位推进模式理论是分析篇章段落中连续分句中主位、述位之间关系的一种理论,是分析篇章微观结构的重要手段。Halliday将信息结构与主述位结构分离的观点以及Danes的主位述位出现顺序决定语篇信息结构的观点为进一步划分主位推进模式提供了理论基础。通过了接主位推进模式,可以帮助作者们更好的构建篇章的整体框架。因此主述位推进理论对英语的写作、阅读等教学工作有重要的指导意义。
Theory of thematic progression mode is a theory that analyzes the relationship between theme and rhyme in consecutive clauses in the passages. It is an important method to analyze the microscopic structure of texts. Halliday’s view of the separation of information structure from the main theory structure and the viewpoint of the order of appearance of the theme of Danes determines the discourse information structure provide a theoretical basis for further dividing the pattern of thematic progression. By adopting the pattern of thematic progression, it helps the authors to better construct the overall framework of the chapter. Therefore, the theory of subjective rhythm has important guiding significance for English writing, reading and other teaching work.
