测定20例膀胱移行上皮细胞癌患者及30例健康人的红细胞免疫功能。结果发现:膀胱肿瘤患者红细胞C3b受体花环(RBC.C3bR)明显降低(P<0.01),而红细胞免疫复合物花环(RBC.ICR)显著升高(P<0.01),血清中免疫活性因子对红细胞C3b受体花环促进率降低,而抑制率升高;红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞的能力(NTER、DTER、ATER)显著下降(P<0.01),血清活性物质对红细胞粘附肿瘤细胞的促进作用(ETER)亦显著下降(P<0.01)。
Erythrocyte immune function was measured in 20 patients with bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 30 healthy individuals. The results showed that RBC-C3bR was significantly decreased (P <0.01), while RBC-ICR was significantly increased in bladder cancer patients (P <0.01). Serum immunocompetent factors The rate of erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette promotion decreased and the inhibitory rate increased. The ability of erythrocyte immune adherence to tumor cells (NTER, DTER, ATER) decreased significantly (P <0.01), and the effect of serum active substances on erythrocyte adherence to tumor cells (ETER) also decreased significantly (P <0.01).
