目的 :观察针刺配合西药治疗妊娠合并肾绞痛的临床疗效。方法 :选取60例妊娠合并肾绞痛患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予西药治疗,治疗组在对照组用药基础上配合针刺治疗。评估2组临床疗效,观察治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为50.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的VAS评分比对照组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合西药治疗妊娠合并肾绞痛,可有效改善患者的临床症状及体征,缓解疼痛状况。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and western medicine in treating pregnancy-associated renal colic. Methods: Sixty cases of pregnancy with renal colic were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and the change of visual analogue scale (VAS) before and after treatment was observed. Results: The total effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group and 50.0% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in VAS score (P> 0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). The VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with Western medicine in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with renal colic can effectively improve the patients’ clinical symptoms and signs and relieve the pain situation.
