Most drugs in modern medicine are organic compounds, with the exception of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, sulfur, phosphorus and halogen, other elements are increasingly showing the importance of drugs in the combination of elements and organic components in the following ways : (1) ionic bonding; (2) covalent bonding, which is directly linked to the C-framework; (3) covalently bound to the C-skeleton via intermediates of other atoms such as oxygen, nitrogen or sulfur; Transitional organic compounds Transitional or non-metallic elements are widely used in industry and are rarely used in medicine, but the properties of some compounds continue to entice people to continue their pharmacopharmacological research and continue New compounds such as silicon, selenium, germanium and the like have been found.
