本文报道了应用薄层色谱(TLC) 与傅里叶变换表面增强拉曼光谱(FT-SERS) 联用技术, 获得了中草药萝芙木有效成分利血平光谱研究的新方法。研究表明:在薄层原位约2 μg 的样品即可获得利血平分子的特征振动谱带,并阐述了样品分子在表面增强基底银微粒表面的吸附模式,从而说明TLC-SERS结合对中草药化学成分进行高灵敏度指纹检测的可靠性和优越性
In this paper, a new method for the determination of reserpine in the active ingredient of Chinese herbal medicine Rauvolfia was obtained by the combination of thin layer chromatography (TLC) and Fourier transform surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (FT-SERS). The results show that the characteristic vibration band of reserpine molecules can be obtained with a thin layer of about 2 μg in situ and the adsorption pattern of the sample molecules on the surface-enhanced substrate silver particles is demonstrated, indicating that TLC-SERS binding to Chinese herbs Chemical composition for high-sensitivity fingerprint detection reliability and superiority
