社会保险基金收缴工作一直是社会保险部门的重头戏。大家反映这出戏难唱。1993年湖北省基金收缴率平均只有84％,下降了6个百分点,下降的速度快且猛。是什么原因?笔者带着这个问题去鄂南几个县市采访。
The collection of social insurance funds has always been the highlight of the social insurance sector. We all know that this play is hard to sing. In 1993, the fund collection rate in Hubei Province averaged only 84%, a decrease of 6 percentage points, declining rapidly and fiercely. What is the reason? I took this issue to interview several counties in southern Hubei.
