目的分析依托咪酯和异丙酚对无痛人流术的麻醉效果。方法 100例行无痛人流患者随机分为依托咪酯组和异丙酚组,各50例。依托咪酯组采取静脉注射依托咪酯进行麻醉,异丙酚组采取静脉注射异丙酚进行麻醉,观察并比较两组患者的麻醉引导时间、手术时间、停药唤醒时间以及麻醉效果和不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者麻醉诱导时间和手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);仅依托咪酯组患者停药唤醒时间明显短于异丙酚组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。依托咪酯组患者麻醉有效率为96%,与异丙酚组的94%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);依托咪酯组不良反应发生率为22%,与异丙酚组的28%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无痛人流术采取依托咪酯和异丙酚进行麻醉,效果良好,不良反应轻微,值得临床上推广应用。
Objective To analyze the anesthetic effects of etomidate and propofol on painless abortion. Methods 100 patients with painless flow were randomly divided into etomidate group and propofol group, 50 cases each. Etomidate group was given intravenous etomidate anesthesia, propofol group were given intravenous propofol for anesthesia, anesthesia was observed and compared between the two groups, the time of induction, withdrawal time, anesthesia and anesthesia effects and adverse reactions What happened? The efficacy rate of anesthesia in etomidate group was 96%, which was no significant difference compared with 94% in propofol group (P> 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in etomidate group was 22% Compared with 28%, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Painless abortion to take etomidate and propofol anesthesia, good effect, minor adverse reactions, it is worth promoting the clinical application.
