针对现实中消费类电子产品供应链的显著特征,构建了基于共创考虑企业间持股的消费类电子产品供应链价值创造模型,分析了价值共创与持股对消费者价值、企业利润及企业联盟价值、供应链价值的作用,并通过仿真进行了验证。研究发现价值共创最终实现了消费者价值、企业利润与企业联盟价值、供应链价值的增加;持股对供应链及其上各方价值的影响虽然较为复杂,但在特定条件下同样实现了类似的目标。这些结论对于指导消费类电子产品供应链的价值创造具有借鉴参考价值。
Aiming at the salient features of real consumer electronics supply chain, this paper constructs a model for creating supply chain value of consumer electronics products based on mutual creation of shares and analyzes the relationship between value creation and shareholding in consumer value, enterprise profit and Enterprise alliance value, supply chain value, and verified through simulation.
