研究温度对去甲肾上腺素(NE)引起的动脉血管收缩张力变化的影响及原因。测量39.5、36.5、33.0 ℃时,在NE作用下的张力时间曲线,拟合出两者的函数关系式,并对关系常数进行F检验。实验结果表明:在三种不同温度下,函数式中的常数X1 间比较有显著性差异,P< 0.01;常数X2 间比较无显著性差异,P> 0.05。认为NE 引起的血管收缩张力的大小,显然也处于温度的影响之下;随着温度的升高,血管收缩张力变大,收缩速率变快,NE对血管的作用效力增强;且张力因子X1 是温度敏感因子。
To study the effect of temperature on the changes of arterial vasoconstriction tension induced by norepinephrine (NE) and its causes. The tension-time curves under the action of NE were measured at 39.5, 36.5 and 33.0 ℃. The functional relationship between them was fitted and F-test was carried out on the relationship constant. The experimental results show that there is a significant difference between the constants X1 in the function formulas at three different temperatures, P <0.01; there is no significant difference between the constants X2, P> 0.05. It is thought that the magnitude of vasoconstriction tension induced by NE is apparently under the influence of temperature. With the increase of temperature, the vasoconstriction tension becomes larger and the rate of contraction becomes faster, and the effect of NE on blood vessels becomes stronger; and the tension factor X1 Temperature-sensitive factor.
