用6种大鼠胃溃疡模型观察了关苍术正丁醇萃取物的抗溃疡作用及其作用机理。实验结果,关苍术正丁醇萃取物对醋酸型、幽门结扎型、酒精型及消炎痛型胃溃疡均有明显的对抗作用,而对应激型和利血平型胃溃疡的形成则无对抗作用;关苍术正丁醇萃取物0.18g/kg组还能明显地提高胃液中的PGE2含量(P<0.05),降低胃液的总酸度(P<0.01),游离酸度(P<0.05)和胃蛋白酶活性(P<0.05)。因此,其作用机理可能与增加胃内的PGE2含量,改善溃疡病灶血循环和促进DNA,RNA及蛋白质的合成有关。
Six kinds of rat gastric ulcer models were used to observe the anti-ulcer effect and its mechanism of the butanol extract of Atractylodes lancea. The experimental results showed that the butanol extract of Atractylodes lancea had obvious antagonistic effects on acetic acid-type, pylorus-ligated type, alcohol-type, and indomethacin-induced gastric ulcers, but had no antagonistic effect on the formation of stress-type and reserpine-type gastric ulcers. The butanol extract 0.18g/kg group also significantly increased the PGE2 content in gastric juice (P<0.05), decreased the total acidity of gastric juice (P<0.01), free acidity (P<0.05); ) and pepsin activity (P < 0.05). Therefore, its mechanism of action may be related to the increase of PGE2 content in the stomach, improvement of blood circulation of ulcer lesions and promotion of DNA, RNA and protein synthesis.
