目的建立用离子液体萃取分光光度法测定生活饮用水中挥发酚的分析方法。方法在pH=10.0±0.2和氧化剂铁氰化钾存在的溶液中,酚与4-氨基安替吡啉生成红色的安替吡啉染料,用离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐代替氯仿萃取后,在波长470 nm处比色定量。结果本法具有较高的灵敏度,方法检出限为0.001 2 mg/L,挥发酚的浓度在0.002 mg/L~0.04 mg/L时,线性关系良好(相关系数为0.999 9)。相对标准偏差(RSD)均≤4.94%,样品加标回收率为94.0%~102.5%。结论该方法环境污染小,操作简便快速、重现性好、准确度高、线性范围宽,适用于生活饮用水中挥发酚的测定,值得推广应用。 Objective To establish an analytical method for the determination of volatile phenols in drinking water by ion liquid extraction spectrophotometry. METHODS: Phenanthrene and 4-aminoantipyrine were used to generate red antipyrine dyes in a solution of pH = 10.0 ± 0.2 and oxidant potassium ferricyanide. The ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate Instead of chloroform, fluorophosphate was quantified by colorimetry at a wavelength of 470 nm. Results The method showed high sensitivity with a detection limit of 0.001 2 mg / L and a good linearity (0.999 9) for the volatile phenol concentrations between 0.002 mg / L and 0.04 mg / L. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were both ≤4.94%. The recovery rates of spiked samples ranged from 94.0% to 102.5%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of less environmental pollution, simple and quick operation, good reproducibility, high accuracy and wide linear range. It is suitable for the determination of volatile phenol in drinking water and is worth popularizing and applying.
