在深化企业内部改革、转换经营机制形势下,许多企业找市场,抓经营,求效益,走上了健康发展的轨道。但也有不少企业经营不善,连年亏损。据某市有关部门统计,至1992年8月底,全市153家全民所有制企业就有42家亏损,占总数的27.45%。加上一些集体企业、部门下属企业,亏损面还要更大些。如何抓好亏损企业青工的思想政治教育,激发他们的工作积极性和创造性,促进企业扭亏转盈,已成为各级团组织当前的重要任务。笔者日前就此进行了一系列的调查,现将从中发现的问题进行梳理分析,谈点粗浅的看法。
Under the situation of deepening the internal reform of the enterprise and converting the operating mechanism, many enterprises find a market, grasp management, seek efficiency, and embark on a path of sound development. However, many enterprises also run poorly and suffer losses year after year. According to the statistics of relevant departments of a certain city, by the end of August 1992, there were 42 losses in 153 wholly owned enterprises in the city, accounting for 27.45% of the total. Coupled with some collective enterprises, departments and subordinate enterprises, even bigger loss. How to grasp well the ideological and political education of the young workers in the loss-making enterprises, arouse their enthusiasm for work and their creativity, and promote the enterprises to turn losses into profits have become an important task for the CYL organizations at all levels. A few days ago I conducted a series of investigations, and now I will sort out the problems found in the analysis and make superficial comments.
