复杂产品总装制造企业应建立科学的供应链质量管理模式,主导整个产品与服务质量形成全过程的质量管理与控制,以此来保证最终产品的质量并满足顾客需求。本文以船舶产品总装建造过程为例,梳理其供应链质量流路径,给出实施供应链质量管理的工作项目及流程,以及与现有ISO 9001管理体系的融合方式,为其他复杂产品总装制造过程供应链质量管理模式的建立提供借鉴和参考。
