北京市高级人民法院审判大楼于2005年9月竣工并交付使用,总建筑面积46538平方米,其中审判区有大法庭1个,中法庭2个,小法庭12个;此外还有审判配套区、办公业务区等。大楼突出了服务的功能,方便当事人诉讼,充分体现人文关怀。大厅及法庭旁边设有当事人休息区,并配有法庭查询导航系统、饮水机及网络通讯设施;大楼台阶有残疾人升降车及残疾人专用电梯,楼内设有盲道。 The trial building of the Beijing Higher People’s Court was completed and delivered to use in September 2005 with a total gross floor area of ​​46538 square meters, including 1 trial court, 2 court tribunals and 12 courtrooms.
