6400吨液压复式起重机是全球起重能力最大的陆地起重机,最大额定起重量6400吨,起吊高度120米,设备设计制造国产化率100%。到2013年底,已成功应用于山西潞安高硫煤清洁利用油化电热一体化示范项目两台费托合成反应器的吊装。本文介绍了该起重机测控系统的组成和基本性能,对石油化工行业大型反应器罐的吊装具有重大推广意义。
The 6400 tonne hydraulic compound crane is the largest crane in the world with maximum lifting capacity of 6,400 tons and lifting height of 120 meters. The localization rate of the equipment is 100%. By the end of 2013, it has been successfully applied to the lifting of two Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reactors for the demonstration project of integrated utilization of oil and electricity in Shanxi Lu’an high-sulfur coal. This paper introduces the composition and basic performance of the crane measurement and control system, which is of great significance to the lifting of the large reactor tank in the petrochemical industry.
