目的评估牙科手术显微镜(DOM)和超声根管治疗仪在疏通下颌第一恒磨牙近中中央根管(MMC)的影响。方法选择60颗需要根管治疗患者的下颌第一恒磨牙,在没有显微镜的情况下用牙髓探针探查疏通MMC。未疏通MMC的牙齿在DOM的辅助下继续探查疏通。如果使用DOM后仍未疏通MMC,则在DOM的辅助下使用超声工作尖在近中颊舌根管口间的髓底发育沟位置向根方制作不超过2毫米深的沟槽,同时探查定位MMC的位置。结果肉眼疏通MMC的牙齿3颗;使用DOM后增加7颗;DOM和超声技术联合应用后,疏通MMC的牙齿又多了7颗。统计分析发现肉眼组和应用DOM的两组之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05);而应用DOM的两组之间没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论这项研究的结果表明,DOM和超声技术的联合应用能提高牙科医生探查和疏通细小额外根管的能力。
Objective To evaluate the effect of dental surgery microscope (DOM) and ultrasonic root canal therapy instrument on clearing the proximal central root canal (MMC) of mandibular first permanent molars. Methods Sixty first mandibular permanent molars, who required endodontic treatment, were selected and probed with an endodontic probe to clear the MMC in the absence of a microscope. MMC did not clear the teeth with the help of the DOM continue to explore the dredge. If the use of DOM has not yet clear the MMC, the use of ultrasound with the help of the tip in the proximal buccal mucocutaneous groove between the medullary canal to the root of the production of not more than 2 mm deep groove, and probe positioning MMC s position. Results The number of teeth of the MMC was 3, the number of the teeth increased by 7 after the DOM was applied, and the number of teeth of the MMC was 7 more after DOM and ultrasound were applied. Statistical analysis showed that there was statistical difference between the two groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions The results of this study show that the combined use of DOM and ultrasound improves dental practitioners’ ability to probe and dredge small, extra-rooted vessels.
