目的:探讨持续质量改进(CQI)在老年干部病房住院患者跌倒/坠床管理中的应用效果。方法:将2013年11月~2014年10月老年住院患者118例作为对照组,2014年11月~2015年11月老年住院患者163例作为试验组。对照组采用常规跌倒/坠床管理方法;试验组在常规方法的基础上采用CQI管理方法,对比分析两组患者跌倒/坠床发生率,并问卷形式调查患者对CQI管理老年住院患者跌倒/坠床中护士健康教育行为的满意率。结果:试验组患者跌倒/坠床发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且患者对护士行跌倒/坠床相关健康教育知识的满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:CQI应用于老年干部病房患者跌倒/坠床管理中,可有效降低患者跌倒/坠床发生率,提高患者对护士行跌倒/坠床相关健康教育知识的满意率。
Objective: To investigate the effect of continuous quality improvement (CQI) on fall / bed fall management in hospitalized elderly cadres. Methods: 118 elderly hospitalized patients from November 2013 to October 2014 were selected as the control group, and 163 elderly hospitalized patients from November 2014 to November 2015 were selected as the experimental group. In the control group, the conventional fall / bed fall management method was used. The test group adopted the CQI management method on the basis of the conventional method to compare and analyze the incidence of fall / bed fall in both groups and investigated the fall / fall Satisfaction rate of bed nurses’ health education behavior. Results: The incidence of fall / fall in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). And the satisfaction rate of the nurses in knowledge of health education related to fall / fall bed was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The application of CQI in fall / fall bed management in elderly cadre wards can effectively reduce the incidence of fall / fall and improve the satisfaction rate of nurses with knowledge of falling / falling bed health education.
