2010年以来,国家出台了一系列严厉的房地产调控措施,如:住房首付比例提高、贷款利率上升、三套住房停贷等,特别是限购令的出台,使得投资者投资住宅的门槛越来越高。在严厉调控住宅市场的同时,国家对商铺的政策却没有多大变化,商铺也不受限购令的影响。在股市频繁振荡的情况下,投资者逐渐把目光转向了商铺,使其成为新的投资香饽饽。
Since 2010, the state has issued a series of stringent real estate control measures, such as: the proportion of housing down payment increased, loan interest rates rise, three sets of housing and other loans, especially the introduction of restriction order, making investors more and more investment threshold of housing high. While strictly controlling the housing market, the state’s policies on shops have not changed much, and the shops are not subject to restrictions on purchase. In the case of frequent stock market volatility, investors are gradually turning their attention to the shops, making it a new investment incense.
