目的:优选散瘀软膏的成型工艺。方法:筛选不同配比乳剂型基质;以外观性状和稳定性为指标,采用正交试验对散瘀软膏的成型工艺进行优化。结果:最佳成型工艺为药物浓缩液加入三乙醇胺、甘油及尼泊金乙酯85℃加热溶解为水相;硬脂酸、单硬脂酸甘油酯、液体石蜡、白凡士林、羊毛脂85℃加热熔融为油相。将油相以细流状加至水相中,550 r.min-1速度搅拌至完全冷却。结论:优选的成型工艺合理可行,制剂稳定性好,适用于工业化生产。
Objective: To optimize the molding process of stasis ointment. Methods: The different types of emulsion matrix were screened. The appearance and stability were used as indexes to optimize the forming process of Sanhua ointment by orthogonal test. Results: The optimal forming process was adding triethanolamine, glycerin and paraben in 85% water for the drug concentrate; stearic acid, glyceryl monostearate, liquid paraffin, white petrolatum, lanolin 85 ℃ Heat and melt to oil phase. The oil phase was added to the aqueous phase in a fine stream and stirred at 550 rpm for a complete cooling. Conclusion: The optimal forming process is reasonable and feasible, the preparation has good stability and is suitable for industrial production.
