提出了一种新的基于实例与知识的混合推理策略。它既可通过对已存在的实例零件的工艺进行变异设计来获得当前零件的工艺,也可根据工艺知识库中的知识进行创成设计。介绍了基于实例与知识的CAPP系统的总体结构,给出了实例与知识的表达方式,并详细讨论了基于实例和基于知识两种推理的实现过程。
A new hybrid inference strategy based on instances and knowledge is proposed. It is possible to get the design of the current part either by designing a variant of an existing instance part or by creating a design based on knowledge in the process knowledge base. The overall structure of CAPP system based on instance and knowledge is introduced. The example and knowledge expression are given. The realization process based on instance and knowledge-based reasoning is discussed in detail.
