实验证明,苏木色精是在酸性溶液中以 EDTA 滴定铜时的优良的指示剂。最适宜的 pH 值为5~6.2,最适宜的缓冲剂为六次甲基四胺。准确度可与碱性中使用的紫脲酸铵相比,相对误差±0.1%~±0.3%。测定铜量范围是10~100毫克。在对指示剂进行初步试验的基础上,对铜合金中铜锌连续测定进行了试验,结果良好。试样分解后,用氨水分离,以返滴定测铜锌总量,另一分测锌,用硫脲掩蔽铜的干扰。
Experiments show that hematoxylin is an excellent indicator of EDTA titration of copper in acidic solution. The most suitable pH is 5 ~ 6.2, the most suitable buffer is hexamethylenetetramine. Accuracy can be compared with ammonium basic urea used in alkaline, the relative error ± 0.1% ~ ± 0.3%. Determination of the amount of copper is 10 ~ 100 mg. Based on the preliminary test of indicator, the continuous determination of copper and zinc in copper alloy was tested and the result was good. After the sample is decomposed, it is separated by ammonia water, and the total amount of copper and zinc is measured by back-drop. The other part is measured by zinc, and the interference of copper is masked by thiourea.
