2015年,在南宁市教育局的领导和支持下,南宁市教师培训中心对全市中小学教师培训工作进行了系统规划和有序推进。我们在创新混合研修的培训新模式、构建多元资源服务的培训新架构、打造需求导向的培训新常态上做了有益的探索,并取得了丰硕的成果。
In 2015, under the leadership and support of Nanning Municipal Education Bureau, Nanning Teachers Training Center conducted systematic planning and orderly promotion of primary and secondary school teachers’ training in the city. We have made useful explorations and achieved fruitful results in innovating a new training model for hybrid training, building a new training framework for multivariate resource services and building a demand-oriented training new normal.
