最近一个时期,越来越多的人主张积极开展不住院药物治疗,在十四届国际防痨会议上各国防痨专家也都一致肯定了不住院药物治疗的效果。因此,目前开展这项工作有很多理论根据,效果是勿庸置疑的。在我国目前结核病流行尚比较严重,广大劳动人民生活水平还不算太高的情况下推行这项工作是有着重要意义的。为了开展此项工作,必须是各有关防痨部门密切配合,才会取得良好效果。假如门诊方面决定不住院,而疗养院又收容疗养,则不但给开展这项工作增加困难,相反还会产生一些不易解决的问题,甚致增加纠纷。因此,拟就个人几年来在疗养院工作的体会,对开展此项工作后疗养院应收容那些类型的肺结
