目的:比较龙胆炮制前后龙胆苦苷和獐牙菜苦苷的含量变化。方法:采用HPLC法测定10批生龙胆、酒制龙胆中龙胆苦苷和獐牙菜苦苷的含量,色谱柱为Agilent C18柱;流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.025mol/L磷酸水(30∶10∶300);检测波长为240nm;流速为1.0mL/min。结果:酒制龙胆中龙胆苦苷和獐牙菜苦苷的含量均高于生品。结论:炮制可促进龙胆药材中环烯醚萜苷类成分的溶出。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the changes of gentiopicroside and swertiamarin contents before and after gentiana processing. METHODS: HPLC was used to determine the content of gentiopicrin and swertiamarin in 10 batches of Radix Gentianae and gentian. The column was Agilent C18 column and the mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0.025mol/L phosphoric acid water. (30:10:300); detection wavelength is 240 nm; flow rate is 1.0 mL/min. Results: The content of gentiopicroside and swertiamarin in wine gentian was higher than that of raw product. Conclusion: Processing can promote the dissolution of iridoid glycosides in gentian medicinal materials.
