The production management of an enterprise is related to the survival and development of each enterprise. The advanced production management concept and the overall production management mode are of great significance to the improvement of the competitiveness of modern enterprises. This paper analyzes the current problems in enterprise production management and the improvement of production management by understanding the current development of the enterprise and some problems encountered.
