目的:探讨经口服葡萄糖耐量试验确诊糖代谢异常者其血糖与糖化血红蛋白关系。方法:对819例空腹血糖≥6.1mmol/L、年龄≥20岁者行口服葡萄糖耐量试验,新确诊糖尿病患者171例(DM组)、糖尿病前期患者151例(Pre-DM组),分析2组糖化血红蛋白增高比例、高血糖与低血糖分布比例差异,并探讨糖化血红蛋白与空腹血糖及糖耐量试验2 h血糖的相关性。结果:(1)DM组中不同性别以及Pre-DM组中不同性别和民族其糖化血红蛋白水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且DM组中糖化血红蛋白≥6.5%者占80.70%,Pre-DM组中糖化血红蛋白≥6.0%者占76.82%。(2)2组单纯空腹血糖增高、单纯糖耐量试验2 h血糖增高以及二者均增高者比例分别占46.20%,19.88%,33.92%和28.48%,53.64%,17.88%,2组高血糖分布比例比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)DM组中,糖化血红蛋白与空腹血糖及2 h血糖相关(r=0.653,P<0.01;r=0.955,P<0.01);而Pre-DM组中,糖化血红蛋白与糖耐量试验2 h血糖相关(r=0.906,P<0.01)。结论:与新诊断的糖尿病前期患者比较,糖尿病患者中空腹血糖增高比例更大,且糖化血红蛋白与空腹血糖及糖耐量试验2 h血糖相关,而新诊断糖尿病前期患者中则与糖耐量试验2 h血糖相关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with abnormal glucose metabolism diagnosed by oral glucose tolerance test. Methods: A total of 819 patients with fasting blood glucose≥6.1mmol / L and age ≥20 years were enrolled in oral glucose tolerance test. 171 newly diagnosed diabetic patients (DM group) and 151 pre-diabetic patients (Pre-DM group) Glycosylated hemoglobin increased proportion of hyperglycemia and hypoglycemic distribution differences, and to explore the relationship between glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose and glucose tolerance test 2 h blood glucose. (2) The fasting blood glucose, simple glucose tolerance test and simple glucose tolerance test were 46.20%, 19.88%, 33.92% and 28.48%, 53.64% and 17.88% The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). (3) In the DM group, HbA1c was correlated with fasting blood glucose and 2h blood glucose (r = 0.653, P <0.01; r = 0.955, P <0.01) Blood glucose related (r = 0.906, P <0.01). Conclusions: Compared with the newly diagnosed pre-diabetic patients, the proportion of fasting blood glucose in diabetic patients is higher, and HbA1c is correlated with fasting blood glucose and glucose tolerance test 2h blood glucose, while in newly diagnosed patients with pre-diabetes, Blood sugar related.
