目的比较双眼植入不同测算法人工晶体度数的准确性,评价游标卡尺测量法的临床应用价值。方法对50例患双眼老年性白内障的患者施行小切口白内障摘除术后,50眼植入用游标卡尺测量法算出度数的人工晶体,另50眼植入用角膜曲率计算出度数的人工晶体。术后3个月随诊检查裸眼视力及眼屈光度。结果术后3个月大部分患者的双眼都获得良好的屈光状态及裸眼视力,两种方法对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利用游标卡尺测量法测算人工晶体度数具有准确、经济的实用价值,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the accuracy of intraocular lens implantation with different measurement methods and evaluate the clinical value of vernier caliper measurement. Methods Fifty eyes of 50 patients with binocular cataracts underwent small incision cataract extraction. 50 eyes were implanted with IOLs measured by vernier caliper measurement. The other 50 eyes were implanted with IOLs. Follow-up 3 months after surgery to check uncorrected visual acuity and refractive power. Results Most patients in 3 months after operation had good refractive status and uncorrected visual acuity. There was no significant difference between the two methods (P> 0.05). Conclusion The determination of IOL with vernier caliper measurement has the accurate and economical practical value, which deserves clinical application.
