电容式差压变送器是新一代的差压变送器。其检测部件通常采取“两室结构”型式。本文从三个方面一一测量膜片初始张力和充液体积随温度的变化,以及装配应力的影响,对原理上影响变送器检测部件温度特性的主要因素进行了较详细的分析,并分别推导了它们所引起温度误差的计算公式,提出减小温度误差的有效途径。
Capacitance differential pressure transmitter is a new generation of differential pressure transmitter. Its detection components usually take the “two-compartment structure” type. This paper measured the initial tension of the diaphragm and the volume of the filled liquid with temperature, and the influence of assembly stress from three aspects - one by one, and analyzed the main factors that affect the temperature characteristics of the transducer in principle in principle. The calculation formulas of the temperature error caused by them are deduced, and the effective way to reduce the temperature error is put forward.
