具有窄带发射的稀土配合物发光材料 ,因其具有高荧光量子效率 ,高色纯度等特点 ,被用于制备有机电致发光器件。本文对稀土配合物的发光原理、电致发光的研究现状、存在问题及应用前景作了概述。
The rare earth complex luminescent materials with narrow band emission have been used to prepare organic electroluminescent devices due to their high fluorescence quantum efficiency and high color purity. In this paper, the principles of the luminescence of rare earth complexes, the current research situation of electroluminescence, the existing problems and the application prospect are summarized.
