铣齿机在我国机械行业中发挥着重要作用。近年来,随着经济社会的发展,铣齿机也得到了充分发展,数控锥齿轮铣齿机的应用越来越普遍。目前,数控锥齿轮铣齿机由于具有传输平稳和承载力强等特点已经在车辆、飞机以及各种机床等领域中得到广泛推广和应用。在数控锥齿轮铣齿机的应用中,采用滚切方法对其进行修正,不仅可以提高齿轮的使用年限,而且可以降低齿轮之间所产生的噪音,意义重大。本文介绍了数控锥齿轮铣齿机,并在此基础上对滚切修正的相关问题进行了分析,希望对于促进铣齿机的发展能够有所帮助。
Gear milling machine in China’s machinery industry plays an important role. In recent years, with the economic and social development, milling machine has also been fully developed, the application of CNC bevel gear milling machine more and more common. At present, CNC bevel gear milling machine has been widely promoted and applied in the field of vehicles, aircraft and various machine tools because of its smooth transmission and strong bearing capacity. In the application of CNC bevel gear milling machine, it can not only improve the service life of the gear, but also reduce the noise generated between the gears, which is of great significance. In this paper, the CNC bevel gear milling machine is introduced. Based on the analysis, the problems related to the hobbing correction are analyzed. It is hoped that it can be helpful to promote the development of the milling machine.
