有文献报道SOD活性与衰老有关,老年期SOD活性下降,自由基含量升高。铜离子螫合剂二乙基二硫代氨基甲盐(DDc)是SOD的有力抑制剂。SOD活性被抑制是否缩短生物的寿命尚不清楚,为此我们观察了DDC对SOD活性抑制情况以及酶活性受抑制之后对寿命的影响。我们采用生命周期短的家蝇为动物模型,用0.5%DDC代替水喂家蝇,观察了对其寿命的影响,并且在每间隔5天取家蝇测定了其脑内SOD活性,实验结果显示:0.5%DDC明显缩短家蝇寿命。饮蒸馏水组平均寿命为32.92天,半数存活期为34.25
It has been reported in the literature that the activity of SOD is related to aging, and SOD activity in old age is decreased and the content of free radicals is increased. Copper ion chelating agent diethyldithiocarbamate (DDc) is a potent inhibitor of SOD. It is unclear whether the SOD activity is inhibited or whether the life span of the organism is shortened. To this end, we investigated the effects of DDC on the inhibition of SOD activity and the inhibition of the enzyme activity on the life span. We used a short-lived housefly as an animal model, replaced 0.5% DDC with water to feed houseflies, and observed their effects on their life span. Five days later, houseflies were used to determine SOD activity in their brains. The results showed that : 0.5% DDC significantly reduces housefly life.
