确定性是经贸语言的最基本要求,它体现了经贸作为规定性语言所具有的权威性和逻辑性。但由于经贸条文在实施过程中所遇到的种种困难,在协商过程中,谈判人员通常将经贸语言模糊化处理,以求获得经贸解释更大的张力。本文通过分析经贸语言模糊性在《中韩自由贸易协定》中的存在的条文,总结其存在的原因并给出在翻译过程中的处理经验。
Certainty is the most basic requirement of the language of trade and economy. It reflects the authority and logic of economy and trade as a prescribed language. However, due to the various difficulties encountered in the implementation of the economic and trade provisions, during the negotiation process, negotiators usually obscure economic and trade language in order to obtain greater tension in economic and trade interpretation. This article analyzes the existence of the ambiguity of trade and economic language in “China and South Korea Free Trade Agreement”, summarizes the reasons for its existence and gives the experience in the translation process.
